Many spoilers from Space Babies to Rogue, but none for the new episode. I watch Doctor Who on a Saturday night with my family, the way the gods intended, so I haven't seen it yet. ^_^

I guess I just wanted to write down my thoughts before we head into the final two episodes, which appear to be a two-parter.

Here be spoilers )

(Disabling comments because... no energy, sorry.)

And they also have good opinions <3

Disabling comments because... life. :)

Just two quick recs. Both posts by Lee (whom you probably know as the Redjay).

15 x Very Random 15th Doctor & Ruby Sunday Icons (Spoilers for Space Babies)

And a THEORY. (MAJOR spoilers for The Devil's Chord.)

(Disabling comments because very tired. This week has been a lot. But am VERY much looking forward to Moffat's brief return tomorrow.)

ETA: Oh and I (re)posted Doctor of Divinity.

Summary: The Master's son writes a PhD. This does not happen in isolation - indeed his nearest and dearest all have opinions.

(It's a short - well short for me *g* - companion piece to Dating.)

Lovely interviews with RTD, Ncuti, Millie, Golda Rosheuvel (Jocelyn) andJinkx Monsoon (Maestro):

Doctor Who's Russell T Davies, Ncuti Gatwa, Millie Gibson and season 1 cast tease an emotional Doctor and "astonishing" finale to a series that'll "blow your socks off"
Find out what's in store when The Doctor and Ruby Sunday return to our screens on BBC iPlayer and BBC One from 11 May

A couple of lines that stood out for me:

"It’s time for a new Doctor who carries those emotions on the surface more visibly instead of hiding them away. The Doctor doesn’t just wear one heart on their sleeve; they wear two hearts on their sleeve."
-RTD

"There is an element of [the Doctor's] character that's constantly searching for something, but also constantly running away from something. That’s a really nice dynamic to play."
Ncuti Gatwa

^_^
elisi: Ruby Sunday <3 (Ruby)
It's Doctor Who time soon... I've watched the main trailer, but am generally staying away from all the current chatter/endless promotional stuff. I just want to turn on my TV on the 11th and see what the new season is like.

Although this little short is delightful: Ncuti Gatwa on keeping the Doctor Who role a secret.

ETA: Full clip: Ncuti Gatwa on Late Night with Seth Meyers.

I posted Chapter 23: Peacekeeper of 'All Breakages Must Be Paid For'.

And I forgot to mention that Lee made a gorgeous banner for the fic:

(It's not quite as angsty as the banner makes out. *g*)

Oh and what the hell, have two lovely trailers.

A song that is more relevant now than when it was written:

And it's hard to love
There's so much to hate
Hanging on to hope
When there is no hope to speak of

The BBC put together some highlights from the surviving episode of 'The Celestial Toymaker'. It will spoil the ending [of the original story], but since 3/4 are missing don't worry too much...

And I posted Chapter 8: Fly Away of my fic. :)
