Why can I never think of anything clever to write here?

So - yesterday was lovely! :) We had *such* a good time with T and the girls. His wife works from home and (although she would have loved to have come to see us) happily seized the chance to get some work done in peace and quiet!

I managed to get pretty much the entire house tidy before they came (keeping it that way is an entirely different story of course!), and by some miracle the children didn't turn their bedroom into a tip (=total mess). Won't last of course, but it's nice while it lasts.

Also everything is finally tuning green - the trees in the garden are full of itty bitty leaves and it's very cheering!

Even the weather was (mostly) nice yesterday, so we even went for a nice walk - why oh why can't these people live closer? F.ex when we beagn talking about how there's so little on TV at the moment, I said that all we watch is 'House', 'Green Wing' and 'Doctor Who'. T replied "OMG that's *exactly what we watch too!" Next time I'm absolutely talking him into borrowing Firefly...

Not that we don't have friends here of course, but these people are just so particularly fun and interesting.

But Darcy's come home for lunch and I need to pay attention to the children...
