Matt Smith was on Graham Norton last night. 'Twas a lovely, lovely show (and ameliorated the tedium of wrapping presents greatly), although my favourite part can be found here (at 0.30 - 1.00).

And I couldn't agree more - born to play Doctor Who, absolutely! :)

(The Muppet's Christmas Carol is on Channel 4 right now. It is PURE LOVE! Wish I had the time to watch, although I keep sneaking peeks whenever I walk past. The girls are riveted.)

Merry Christmas one and all! In celebration I bring you one of the most delightful and gorgeous videos I have ever come across. Darcy and I saw it the other night on a Christmas TOTP2 programme, and have now ended up buying the album (A Christmas Cornucopia). For those of you of different faiths - or none at all - just sit back and admire the pretty (and develop a crush on Annie Lennox...). ♥

(And in case the embedding decides to vanish again: God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen by Annie Lennox.)

Now to the Lord sing praises,
All you within this place,
And with true love and brotherhood
Each other now embrace;
This holy tide of Christmas
All other doth deface.
O tidings of comfort and joy,
Comfort and joy
O tidings of comfort and joy
