Yesterday I gave my LJ an overhaul, with a gorgeous new banner that I got kathyh to make for me (THANK YOU again!) and a rather bright colour scheme, that's nicely spring-time-y. Also updated my user info, and will probably keep tinkering for quite a while...

However RL is getting busy, and will only keep getting more so for the next few weeks. So I'll probably be pretty absent, unfortunately. You guys keep me sane!

I honestly thought that this Tory campaign poster was a joke when I first saw it. Well, I guess it's nice that they're not beating around the bush anymore. (Great Britain: The Empire of Political Fail.)

Onto comic related fail - see Gab's post for more info and a most excellent rant! (And to think that I was worried that *s8* was going to destroy Spike's character. I am exceedingly grateful that I stopped reading after Lynch left!)

On top of that, LJ are being morons again. Go here to find out why, and how to opt out.
