Birthday! :)

First of all Happy Belated Birthday to the exceptionally lovely cindergal! It is funny, because you are one of the people whose fic I found *before* I discovered LJ, and realising that I could actually talk and interact with you properly was really weird to being with. Aaaanyway, still adore your fic and am sorry I have so little time to read it. *pouts*

But, to make up for the lateness I have some recs. Torchwood because new fandoms are fun (and also because where would I find Buffy stuff that you don't know?):

Relativ(ely). *Fabulous* Jack/Ianto vid by samantharichter. It is set to a hilarious German song (there are subtitles) and I have re-watched it far, far too much - it is just too funny. Funny because it is true! :) [Spoilers up to 'Fragments']

How to Succeed At Exhibitionism without Really Trying. Excellent short Jack/Ianto fic by sparky77. It is one of those that manages to encapsulate everything brilliant about the pairing. The first two paragraphs on their own are worth their weight in gold! *loves Jack & Ianto* Enjoy! :)

So, re the whole Public Domain Boobs Project (excellent post btw with a million links!), I don't really have much to say, because my mind is *still* trying to get to grips with the inherent idiocy and stupidity and mindnumbing rudeness of the concept. Anyway, there is a *brilliant* macro here and kita0610 wrote a poem: The Shape of a Woman, which is both beautiful and hardhitting.

Yesterday, when we were having dinner, I (in as few words as possible) told Darcy about the whole sorry mess, and he asked where I'd come across it. When I replied 'the internet', he rolled his eyes and said "On the internet there are people who think it's OK to eat you!" (There - groping put in the same category as cannibalism! *g*) Then he tried to eat *far* too much spagetti in one go and grinned, saying: "Look! I'm an Ood!" Have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE this man?

Finally, I think I have the perfect solution for all these men who want to cop a feel - they should get their own! Seriously, boob jobs are fairly cheap these days, right? Problem solved.
