So, re the whole Public Domain Boobs Project (excellent post btw with a million links!), I don't really have much to say, because my mind is *still* trying to get to grips with the inherent idiocy and stupidity and mindnumbing rudeness of the concept. Anyway, there is a *brilliant* macro here and kita0610 wrote a poem: The Shape of a Woman, which is both beautiful and hardhitting.

Yesterday, when we were having dinner, I (in as few words as possible) told Darcy about the whole sorry mess, and he asked where I'd come across it. When I replied 'the internet', he rolled his eyes and said "On the internet there are people who think it's OK to eat you!" (There - groping put in the same category as cannibalism! *g*) Then he tried to eat *far* too much spagetti in one go and grinned, saying: "Look! I'm an Ood!" Have I mentioned lately how much I LOVE this man?

Finally, I think I have the perfect solution for all these men who want to cop a feel - they should get their own! Seriously, boob jobs are fairly cheap these days, right? Problem solved.

I've been too embarrassed on behalf of my gender to even follow the debate that closely. Looks like a massive amount of lunacy. I'm trying to sum it up in one clean slogan - something like "Please give me permission to not have to care about your permission."

Your suggestion that men should get their own reminds me of the body switch episode in Farscape. I don't know if you've ever seen it, but the scene where John (in Aeryn's body) can't resist taking a peek is only equaled by the scene where he has to explain to Rygel, who is in his body, how to take a leak.

Unfortunately, the clip cuts off before Chiana, who is in the body of D'Argo, gives John a stern look. He replies, "Oh, yeah. Who knows what you're doing with THAT body." D'Argo's huge warrior body responds with a very feminine flounce.

I adore the guy who played D'Argo. There was nothing, no matter how silly or slashy, that he wouldn't do with elan.

I only watched several years after the series ended. I recommend it, when you're going to have time to feed an addiction. I liked it well enough at first, then got hooked and bought all the seasons, and soon my younger daughter was watching with me. She wound up sneaking ahead while I was traveling on business, and it took me forever to catch up.

I have spent the better part of the morning ignoring my babies to read about this. However you feel about it, I love the people that give coherant, literate responses.

How interesting that it comes around at the same time I'm fuming over this. Since when is several guys holding you down and putting fingers or objects into your anus not sexual assault? And why was the victim continuing to be victimized by spectators holding up signs putting him down at the basketball games? And whoever thought it would be fun to haze a teammate this way?

People need to keep their hands to themselves unless you're giving someone a warm fuzzy.

Well I ended up in the ER Wednesday night because of hives. As far as I can tell, I got them because I had the window down in the car, as we driving. And just broke out, so Thuresday I slept, Friday too. Basically just read comfort fic, and ignored posts. Other than a friend's who had to put her eight month old kitten down because of FIP. And then had some issues with my mother, who has a small chance of having breast cancer. But it's probably just a really bad infection involved with a cyst.
So up and down week here.
So as far as I can tell, it's jut a bunch of stupid people's chit ?

Thanks for the link. You know at con two years ago. I made a plushie with a penis and two little bead balls, or least help to make one with someone else. So will that put me on wikipedia ? Acourse said plushie has since been thrown away.
