This trailer is ridiculously gorgeous. (Watch it in full screen! Seriously.) The thing is, I don't expect the movie to be as brilliant as the trailer makes out, but that doesn't dent my appreciation one bit. This is... like a vid. A stunning, enchanting vid.

Oh so pretty. This is going to be good, and Leo is looking hot as always. Never read the book though, say bad American schooling. I would rather read this book in High School, than the Scarlett Letter. I know I am looking forward to this movie, Django unchained, Les Miserables, and the Hobbit. Though I don't which one will be more pretty Les Miserables or The Great Gatsby, though if I had to pick a time to live in it, would the the decendant era of the 1920's, at least then they had alot of places with electrity and indoor plumbing if you lived an urban area.Not mention much much safer drinking water, and you would have a very little chance of contacting chlorea. I think anyone who loves history and want's to live in another Era is just plumb crazy, I love History but sure as hell won't want to give up modern convience's and modern health system. People focus on the pretties of the era, and very much forget about the muck and manure.

And I hear you re. people wanting to live in the past. It'd be nice to visit, but not staying, no.
