This trailer is ridiculously gorgeous. (Watch it in full screen! Seriously.) The thing is, I don't expect the movie to be as brilliant as the trailer makes out, but that doesn't dent my appreciation one bit. This is... like a vid. A stunning, enchanting vid.

The first trailer was enough to convince me I needed to read the book. It looks so exciting! :D

Now that I have read the book, this will not be another work of classic literature that I know about only via Baz Luhrmann (sp?). Unlike Romeo and Juliet. (I had some serious gaps in my high school lit classes. :P )

Trailers are like an art form in themselves...

And thank goodness for exciting films etc. Doctor Who is directly responsible for me reading T. S. Eliot and Dante. :)
