Hehehehehe. They catch them in nets on long poles. Then they pluck and gut them, fill them with sponge-cake dough and cook them in a pot with the heads hanging over the rim. When the dough is baked it expands and makes the heads lift up and they're ready to eat! Not that I've eaten puffin mind - just not my thing.
