Reading more about the incident, I can sort of see how they made the mistake, but if an opinion is more than two hundred pages long, I would think you'd want to read a teeny bit more of it before announcing what it's about.

It sounds like they read as far as "The mandate is not constitutional under the commerce clause..." and ran to post before bothering to turn the page and read "...but it is constitutional under Congress's power to levy taxes."

What's making me shake my head is the number of people who have supposedly been Twittering or whatever else about how they're gonna move to Canada now that Obamacare wasn't shot down... Do they even realize? Is reading comprehension in the US that bad? ... My brain feels like it is going to break from this idea.

Mind you, I could see Liberal Americans talking about it because of how the implementation has created a two tier health system (Republicans messing it up.. health insurance companies messing it up!) Frigging WIN. Sometimes I feel love for my government, though it mostly is that fond love that a parent has for a wayward and disobediant child. So...exasperation and love, lol!!
