I like reading Mark, but i am still unsure whether I believe him about being unspoiled. Some of his predictions seem almost too spot on... I have also been reading his Mark reads Twilight and there is one imstance where he talks about Angel trying to rape Buffy. He quickly corrects himself and asks how he could have made this mistake.

So reading his reviews I'm always distracted by wondering if he's not quite honest, which is a pity.

Well, he plays to his audience, since that's how he makes his living. As for being unspoiled... I know what you mean, but even if he knows more than he lets on, the hows and whys are going to throw him.
