Man, can I just say how much I dislike all-caps? I use caps myself at times, but when it's all-caps all the time, I just feel as though someone is shouting at me, and I hate being shouted at.

Although, I have to agree with you. I'll be interested to see what he does with Wesley in S3 of Angel. (♥ Wesley)

It's exhausting to read. The guy should get a wider vocabulary - then he wouldn't need to SHOUT whenever he was excited. Or sad. Or surprised. Or happy. Or angry. Or...

Wesley is my DARLING, and easily the most screwed-up character *ever* (the Tenth Doctor apart - Ten was like Wesley, but on a much bigger scale).

IKR? Actually (like I just said above), I think what he really needs is a wider vocabulary, since whenever he is full of ~FEELINGS~ he just turns the volume up... It's such a blunt way of communicating, that I feel he does himself a great disservice.

Yep. That and the constant cursing. Does he have to use "Fuck" in every paragraph and every other sentence? Not that I mind, but it does make reading the entry not quite work safe. I keep praying no one sees.

Right now, I'm laying down bets. 1)he's going to hate Spike something fierce in S6 or close. And will most likely hate that season, along with S7. 2) Restless will most likely blow his mind.
3) He'll love HUSH like no-one's business, but hate the arc of S4 for being campy sci-fi. 4) He'll like Angel better than Buffy and think Buffy should have ended with S3.

Hard to tell..if I'm right or not. This is just based on the posts I've read to date.

My main thought (which I've said a few times now in comments): He needs to increase his vocabulary. He capslocks (and/or swears) whenever he has any kind of strong emotions, and it's just... Well, I guess that's why a lot of us presumed he was a teenager, originally.

Depends. I could see him being won over by his woobie-ness. Although yes, S6 is going to be hard for him. He says he like stuff that's complicated & morally grey - guess we'll have to wait and see whether he means it.

He can't cope with Moffat, Restless will be like being on drugs. Won't make heads or tails of it.

I think he'll probably like S5, but then everything will go all gloomy... Mind you, he loved Torchwood (which is BLEAK AS HELL), so he might surprise us all.

Oh yes. It was cute at first, but now the constant OMG! Best thing ever! flailing and capslocks are just boring. The blog started off interesting, but now there isn't that much actual content about teh actual show in the posts anymore, is mostly just random squee and stories about Mark himself.

Also, I'm getting more and more suspicious that he isn't as unspoiled as he claims, because not only did he make suspiciously accurate predictions about S3, but I also follow Mark Reads, and he did the similar random (but true) predictions about Lord of the Rings as well.

I've been reading for Enigmaticagentscully's reaction. She, and I think Knut_Knut are the 2 regular commenters that have never seen the show either, and I enjoy their commentary more than I enjoy Mark's.

I especially love when EAS posts her father's reations.

Enigmaticagentscully is a dear - and yes, her father's reactions are fabulous. (That one about the danger of owning The Magic Box was my favourite so far. Almost word for word what Giles will say. <3)

Some of us were just talking about this on fandom_secrets, and how it's good to create a space where no one gets hurt by certain words. But at the same time- it feels insulting to jump on those of us, who actually have some kind of mental issue, if we opt for using the word 'crazy' to describe ourselves.

Whenever there's a paragraph of ALLCAPS, I just copy and paste it into notepad++ (http://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v5.9.8.html), go to the edit menu, and switch it to all lower case. So much more pleasant to read. :)
