...so BUSY!

This morning we bought a new bunk bed for The Cherub and Impish Girl. (eBay, £95, including mattresses!) And they could deliver. Immediately. So I've spent the past several hours tidying/rearranging their bedroom... Darcy is currently putting up the new beds, and then we're off to the in-law's for 2 y.o. niece's birthday.

And when we get home there will still be MOUNTAINS OF STUFF to sort out. It'll feel wonderful once it's all done, but zomg SO much work.

Anyway, don't expect to see much of the over the next few days.

That too ;)

Seriously, though, you've said everything I was thinking without knowing I was thinking it.
Ooo, yay! Yeah, I wish I could remember where I saw it first because I totally had one of those YES, YES, THAT!! moments over it.

It's one of the (many) great strengths of Moffat's writing that he's brilliant at relating characters to each other.
I'm in the middle of watching Press Gang, and it is equally brilliant in this respect. (Also, given Moff's habit of reusing things, it's impossible to watch without getting ~ideas.)

I love, too, that you don't just have River and Amy's girl thing and the Doctor and Rory's guy thing--it would have been all too easy to make them confidants in that way. I really love that they have their thing, but the confidant-pairings are River + Rory and Doctor + Amy.
Now that is very true. I like it.

I should not try to type meta-y things in class, just for the record.
Haha! Yes, probably a good idea.
