This is spreading across LJ like wildfire:
Fox readying U.S. version of 'Torchwood'.
Mostly I just can't get my head around RTD + FOX...
(As long as they keep their grubby mitts off Doctor Who, I'm willing to sit back and see just *how* Fox'll deal with an omnisexual Time Agent. And how Rusty will deal with being told 'no'. Repeatedly. *passes popcorn round*)
ETA: Just forget all my theories. Torchwood USA is a contradiction in terms. Let's hope it all dies before it even begins.

Yeah, this has been pointed out to me elsewhere. I ought to edit the post really.
Though, my pet theory is that Torchwood Four was/is in Ireland. The reason being, Torchwood 1 is in Britain, 2 is in Scotland, 3 is in Wales, that leaves 4 for Ireland.
*Northern* Ireland. But yes, that's a good theory. And Torchwood USA is a contradiction in terms. Personally I think it could work if it was set in the future. And there could be lots of Time Agents! :)
