Mostly I just can't get my head around RTD + FOX...

(As long as they keep their grubby mitts off Doctor Who, I'm willing to sit back and see just *how* Fox'll deal with an omnisexual Time Agent. And how Rusty will deal with being told 'no'. Repeatedly. *passes popcorn round*)

ETA: Just forget all my theories. Torchwood USA is a contradiction in terms. Let's hope it all dies before it even begins.

Sheez. Given that FOX had problems with sexuality in Joss' Dollhouse, I can't imagine it's going to be anything near the same. Given the hodgepodge of access to cable networks in the U.S. there are certainly many people who couldn't see the original versions on BBC America. But still, why not just rebroadcast them on SyFy?

I know, it's hysterical. I can just imagine it:

RTD: "So - I was thinking that Jack'd show up with Alonso and Capt John..."
Fox: "His partners."
RTD: "Oh absolutely. A little three-some thing going on there, I thought that'd be nice."
Fox: "Argh!"
RTD: "Why have you gone that colour?"

But still, why not just rebroadcast them on SyFy?
