Re. the whole Twilight reveal, and Spike's role...

Bascially I'm hoping they keep him a million miles away from s8. He's got his own series, right? Let him mess around there. Let him marry Beck, or Spider, or Betta George, or something.

(How much would I love for someone to say: "Don't you dare phone him, he's on his honeymoon!" *deep sigh*)

Seriously - don't involve him in the trainwreck. Not that I'm going to be reading, but I was fond of that blond guy once upon a time, y'know? He deserves better than to be destroyed by the s8pocalypse.

I think I remember reading somewhere back when tne comics started.. that Joss planned for Angel and Spike to show up though :(

Well, I'm someone who after season 5 ended, wrote a quick followup and dusted both Angel and Spike... But really.. The way Joss wrote the universe.. you really can't have a Buffy story with only one of them showing up now. I mean, Spike's gotta save the day eventually.
