Happy things.
First of all this review of episode 1 ('Kiss Kiss, Bang, Bang') of S2 of 'Torchwood'. Very light on spoilers, although I skimmed past direct quotes. It almost looks too good to be true! A snippet:
Here’s the important thing for you cynics to note: “Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang” (a very aptly-titled episode) gives every indication that the production team have identified all of the failings that turned many SF fans against the show, and have fixed them.

The fact that their first action is to ask us what we want/need, rather than tell us how brilliant they are, is something else I like. (I mean, it couldn't be *worse*... Oh and I'm utterly indifferent to the whole 'adult content' thing. Will continue to do my best to ignore it, unless forced to do otherwise.)
