beer_good_foamy and I are having a lovely talk over on owenthurman's LJ, but I just had to share his awesome new icon:



Willow? Is thorough. Bullet. Flaying. Fire. How *exactly* was he supposed to survive that? Small (or not so small) piles of ash can't be re-animated. Skinless wonders who had a bullet tear through them ditto:

WILLOW: It's not going to make a neat little hole. First, it'll obliterate your internal organs. Your lung will collapse. Feels like drowning. [...] When it finally hits your spine, it'll blow your central nervous system. [...] The pain will be unbearable, but you won't be able to move. Bullet usually travels faster than this, of course. But the dying? It'll seem like it takes forever.

You know - this all makes me very happy. The comics have proven themselves to be AU, no matter what Joss says. This is neat. Discussion over. Now please bring on Faith. :)

My pleasure. :) I can just enjoy the comics now without those stupid discussions nagging at the back of my head. I'm just hoping the rest of the 'season' will be better than what we've had so far. *crosses fingers*

Well I think Joss tried very hard to do all the stuff *he* wanted...
