Happy Birthday to the best Proton in the world!
I looked up the definition, but it somehow didn't sum you up at all:
proton
/ˈprəʊtɒn/
noun Physics
noun: proton; plural noun: protons
a stable subatomic particle occurring in all atomic nuclei, with a positive electric charge equal in magnitude to that of an electron.
~
If my brain was awake I'd write meta on this. Instead, all I can say is that I'm glad you are part of MY world. <3

i am very much of the opinion if JMS had been allowed full creative control of the original B5 it would have been a near perfect tv show. he never really got to tell this exquisitely plotted narrative the way he wanted to because of aggressive executive meddling
so this is tremendously exciting yes

Am now trying to think of what staple but uninspired bit of Star Trek would be done better by Doctor Who.

The ONE episode I have watched (it was called The Menagerie I think?) they went to a FORBIDDEN planet (visiting carried the death penalty) and at the end it was all just... hand waved away. Amazing.
