Today, they called Darcy. As in THEY called HIM!
And... APOLOGISED.
And said they'd pay us the money they had withheld (omg we can pay our bills THANK YOU!) and will generally sort out the mess.
Ianto in my mood icon is pretty much summing up our reaction.
THEY EMPLOY HUMANS AFTER ALL! HUMANS WITH WORKING BRAINS! WHO KNEW?
