Yesterday evening Darcy and I watched The Big Fat Quiz Of The Year 2006 with Jimmy Carr. This was undoubtedly a fantastic bit of TV! There were three teams of two: Jonathan Ross and Cat Deely (fun, entertaining chat show host types), David Walliams and Rob Brydon (impossibly bitchy and humourless given that they're both professional comedians) and - Noel Fielding and Russell Brand! The two last ones spent the whole time taking the piss out of the uptight idiots - I mean comedians - and it was a pure joy to behold! They were all leather and long black hair and ridiculous T-shirts and (as Jimmy Carr said) utterly adorable! (He let them win! Yay! And David Walliams threw a showbiz hissy fit! *So* much fun!)

And that's all for now, I must go and attempt to tidy this house of mine... (woe). I will be back later today with more fic though!

Chapter 3 for your enjoyment! I hope... I feel like I ought to attach some sort of apology or warning to this chapter, but I honestly don't know how to formulate it. Just... saddle up, OK? Having a bit more overview of how the story is unfolding, I'm now fairly confident that there will be 2 (or 3, depending on whether I have to divide chapter 4 in two) chapters more - and I swear I'm writing as fast as I can!
