First of all a Happy Birthday to samson28! Hope you have a brilliant day dear! (You're welcome to claim the fic as Birthday fic if you like, but I wasn't sure if you liked the pairing.)

In other good news, this morning I got a Christmas card from the lovely asta77 who (along with half my flist and Joss himself) is trying to get me interested in BSG. Give it time...

And finally, thanks to my obsessive nature and my even-more-brilliant-than-usual beta kathyh, here is the first part of my shiny new S/B/A fic. There'll only be 2 or 3 more chapters, to be written as soon as I find some more time. It started out in LaLa Land, but then slowly segued into something resembling a plausible NFA scenario. I really hope you like - it starts off a little slow, I know, but I promise that it picks up!

Title: Because Cavemen Have Fire
Setting: Post-NFA, incorporating the very first S8 ret-con, so no Immortal. (No castle or anything silly like that either.)
Rating: PG-13 (might go up later, but not by much).
Pairings: S/B/A eventually. As for where it begins - well you'll have to read it!
Feedback: Pleeeease? This is kinda a new avenue, and I'm a bit nervous...
