Trying to think back, I think you were probably one of my first friends - I can't remember how I found you, but it was just around the time when you had Puckalina, and I was incredibly impressed with how organised you were! Also it was fun to find someone who wrote about their children! :) Anyway, I'm so glad that I got to know you - you have most definitely enriched my life!
I didn't think I'd be able to write you a birthday fic, since all the plotbunnies are otherwise occupied, but looking through my 'discarded bits of fic' folder yesterday I came across this little scene, originally from 'Maybe Someday' - only it almost works better as a standalone.
