Christmas on LJ just keeps giving! Yesterday I got a Christmas card from spikefan (Thank you Didi!), and this morning a parcel arrived from avrelia! Little Miss M is enjoying the book very much indeed and the chocolate is *delicious* [::takes another bite::] You're all far too good to me! *lots of hugs*

In other news, Darcy's friend C came yesterday and stayed overnight, so I wasn't able to get online. Not that having people staying isn't a good thing, but I learned a very important lesson:

Do not watch Torchwood with two blokes!
(They r in ur houses mocking ur pretty boys)

Since we'd not watched it yet we thought we'd watch the finale, and every single bit of yummy UST was killed *ded* by mockery! Woe.

That said, there was much to squee about (and a few things to mock), but I'm not writing any thoughts down yet, since I missed the last 15 minutes thanks to The Cherub who woke up and *yelled*! A lot.

Will run again and attempt to skim my flist and hopefully write a little more. Chapter 5 is almost finished, but I think I'll have to split it... this thing just keeps on growing!

Hey! Did you read this post? I've been lost to the dark side... *g* Actually I think one major difference is the fact that Jack/Ianto is proper pairing and not just a bit of subtext that can be twisted this way or that.

And we all have hope for S2... I mean it can't be worse than 1! ;)

Now that I understand! The Jack/Ianto thing is sort of retro-active, if you know what I mean... I thought from the start that there could be a lot of fun UST, but then they apparently killed that *ded* with the stupid cyberwoman episode, and I sorta lost hope. Could have knocked me over with a feather when Ianto did his stopwatch talk...
