I think the woman in Mexico (was it Mexico?) who did her own Caesarean to save her own life and that of the baby beats it, but only barely.
*screams* Oh god, that's a million times worse. D: And there's the woman who gave birth in a tree, but at least I think she had others with her...

Here's two articles about Mexico. I don't know where or when I heard about it. I think the name of Inés Ramírez Pérez was mentioned on Tumblr and then I went to look it up. Do you have a link for the lady in a tree? Why was she up there? Running from elephants?
