I think the woman in Mexico (was it Mexico?) who did her own Caesarean to save her own life and that of the baby beats it, but only barely.

Here's two articles about Mexico. I don't know where or when I heard about it. I think the name of Inés Ramírez Pérez was mentioned on Tumblr and then I went to look it up. Do you have a link for the lady in a tree? Why was she up there? Running from elephants?
