He could certainly be bi. Tonks could be bi. Tonks could even be pansexual! I see so much bi-phoba and bi-erasure when it comes to Remus & Tonks's marriage.
As I don't tend to hang out in the HP fandom, I don't know, but I can easily imagine it.
