Gorgeous! I almost passed out when I first saw his hair. It was nice to have something diferent, I can't believe Joss wanted to return to the bleached blond helmet of 6 seasons so soon.

It could have been used as an Angel/Angelus thing for Spike. Instead of a name change, we could refer to bleached hair Spike as soulless Spike :P

I've been meaning to ask you. Did you read most of the Grave discussion? I had to stop reading S6 stuff early this week (coz I couldn't do it a.n.y.m.o.r.e) and only read the 1st 40 posts or so, but if you did, do you remember what AOQ's and OBS' stand was on Spike going for his soul.

Were they in the camp that believed that's what he was going for or the camp that insists he was going to get his chip out and everything's just a retcon?

Maybe I'm missing secret feminine visual cues here but doesn't the ranting and disconnected "crazy" blather bore anyone else? I have a strong preference for characters who can reason, plan, and carry on at least simple conversations.

Crazy Spike is damn hot. I remember when I first watched Lessons and Beneath You, I couldn't get past how angsty and crazy poor Spike was. Who'd have thought that watching a character stalk a rat could be so darn sexy. :p
