Help please?

Would anyone be able to do an animated icon of Missy dancing? I found a gif (embedded below), but it needs to be cut down and turned into something no larger than 40KB...




(In other news life is busy with Christmas cards, Darcy's birthday, Office Christmas dinner, general work/life and I am trying to reply to comments... Oh and I 'decorated' my LJ.)
