Help please?

Would anyone be able to do an animated icon of Missy dancing? I found a gif (embedded below), but it needs to be cut down and turned into something no larger than 40KB...

(In other news life is busy with Christmas cards, Darcy's birthday, Office Christmas dinner, general work/life and I am trying to reply to comments... Oh and I 'decorated' my LJ.)

Yes, it is a skill I lack... Here's to hoping someone clever takes pity on me!

And I wanted to make things Christmassy. Still not 100% sure about the colours, but at least it's a start. :)

Tried a bit more, it's a bit bigger and smoother. But I don't know how to make it into proper icon... It should go inside some nice border or something like that.
