Entry tags:

Doctor Who things.

From the BBC: 50th Anniversary Update. Including the name of the special, and their programme information about all the stuff happening across all the different channels.

Anniversary poster wallpapers.

Also posters, but slightly different format.

Filming pics from the Christmas special. (No spoilers, just adorableness.)

And from Tumblr:

Time Lord decision flow chart. (Very accurate.)

And finally: The David Tennant Drinking Game. (You'll be paralytic within minutes...)

Eeee!!! The Bad Wolf in the poster is making me very intrigued. (Also glad it seems to be pointing toward the Time War, rather than the Valeyard I saw some people insisting Hurt is, which is gratifying because it ties the two halves of the show together.)

Oh, I wouldn't doubt that it starts as a shorthand and swiftly becomes something more.

Possibly… though I also saw it in the context of "It's RTD's Time War; Moffat better not touch it and the Valeyard makes more sense anyway." Which, given I pretty much ignore Who fandom now, I'm just going to ignore. Haters can go away.

But I'm really, really looking forward to what we'll find out! :D

Ah! Yes, very much so. (And it'll be better than the "bad wolf" = danger thing it ended up becoming in S4 (though it also heralded Rose's return then, so bit of a neat parallel it's used here)).

Absolutely! I have no doubt that if it is in fact the Time War, that Moffat got as much help from RTD as he was able to give. Because there's a difference between not co-writing and being available, if only rarely, for advice.
