Absolutely! I have no doubt that if it is in fact the Time War, that Moffat got as much help from RTD as he was able to give. Because there's a difference between not co-writing and being available, if only rarely, for advice.

Yup. It's a lovely shorthand (for things like the poster), but it can so very easily be expanded! :D
