Well of course we can't stop the change, but I sure hope we change our platform to adjust to it.

Being fiscally conservative -- wanting to cut spending and lower taxes -- is NOT going to go away.

I don't think it's possible to say with any certainty what he would have been. After all, he was Mr Etch-a-Sketch...
