So...

Tonight we - the girls and I - watched 'Genesis of the Daleks'. (With MANY MANY THANKS TO [livejournal.com profile] kathyh!)

Cue a ten year old creeped out by the CREEPY OLD DALKES, and very unwilling to go to bed... And this despite a lot of snide comments about all the stuff that's clearly made of cardboard.

Old Daleks = scary.

I love "Genesis of the Daleks". Though it's pretty creepy when you realise that Guy Siner is one of the Kaleds; for me he'll always be Lieutenant Gruber of Allo Allo, an effeminite nazi with a little tank... I'll never be able to watch that again. (No great loss, perhaps, but still.)

Heee! Having never seen Allo Allo (well, I say 'never' - I've seen a snippet here and there, but not enough to remember anyone...), I do not have that particular problem. *g*
