My 8 y.o.'s theory/'fix it' for 'Cold Blood' (DW 5.09).

The girls have not really said anything about Rory's death, bless them, but this morning Impish Girl told me that she'd worked it out - Amy and the Doctor weren't in the real world!

This might seem obvious, but this is how she continued: "Remember when they were in that dream world and Rory died, and Amy said it couldn't be the real world because Rory wasn't there? Well now Rory isn't there so it can't be the real world!"

I ♥ my smart little girl very, very much! :)

(Also I did some joining the arcs-of-the-season dots in this comment, basically concluding that Amy and Rory's wedding is one of the major threads, and something will happen!)

*gasp* of COURSE the TARDIS can't be gone! That's like.... the soul of the show! No TARDIS, no Doctor Who!
LOL! Well exactly! And as for a TARDIS-less Doctor, trying to fix things, that could be very interesting... Especially since it'd echo 'The Eleventh Hour' where he saved the world without the TARDIS or his screwdriver or anything! :)

I'm going on a bit of a tangent here but I need someone to ramble to sometimes!

Someone else mentioned that the situation surrounding the engagement ring is like the duck pond thing. Just because people can't remember Rory, doesn't mean he was never there, much like how Amy knew the duck pond was a duck pond even though there "never are any ducks".
