Hello all - sorry I've been so quiet, but not much is happening and I've been feeling all lethargic (what with the HEAT and all!). Now it's raining and cold, which is rather nice - my brain seems to function better when it isn't 25 degrees. Comes from growing up in the cold north I suspect...

Anyway, I *have* been busy with my summer_of_spike fic, which is currently in the process of being beta'd and I'm actually very pleased with it! :) But since I don't really have anything to say, I thought I'd do this meme which I found in mrmonkeybottoms's LJ:

Honeys you're home - evoking Spike in 'End of Days' which in turn is a shout-out to 'Halloween'. It all comes back to Spuffy in the end...

elisi - the only nickname I've ever had (no Lizzie or Liz or anything) and I couldn't think of anything else. And I thought it would be easy to remember.

Heh, I had to look up a celcius to farenheit conversion site to find out how hot 25 degrees is. It's only 77ºF, which is nothing more than a pleasant spring day to a Southerner like me. :) Right now it's 92ºF with 42% humidity here. How on earth did people ever managed to survive before the invention of air conditioning?

The first is Departure to a new world and the second is We are all fuzzy robots. Both are taken from this t-shirt (http://www.engrish.com/detail.php?imagename=fuzzy-robots.jpg&category=Clothing&date=2004-06-24) that I saw at Engrish.com one day. It's just so completely random and nonsensical that I laughed myself silly the first time I saw it and couldn't resist using it for my journal. Ahh, those wacky Japanese. :)
