A couple of questions for the clever people on my flist

Just need some info for my summer_of_spike fic and I think there's probably someone out there who can help me?

First: How long does it take to drive from LA to Vegas? Just approximately.

Second: Have you Americans ever heard of Branston Pickle? (I'm hoping not...)

I wholly agree with the poster above. From LA to Vegas can differ on the driver, the car, the stops and more importantly, traffic. I've known some people who did the trip in under 3 hours. Yikes.

I'd say average is probably closer to four and a half to five hours. Add an hour for the drive back if you leave on a Sunday after 12 noon.

I've no clue what a Branston Pickle is. But now I want to know!

3 hours? Hmmm, should be possible in a Viper I suppose...

I found some info on Branston Pickle - basically it'd lots of vegetable bits in a tangy kind of sauce. Very British!
