We believe in the Spike Almighty, creator of cheekbones and shagging. And in Buffy, his only love, The Slayer, who was created by some shadowmen who were dicking around with magics that they did not themselves understand; who suffered under Glory, died twice, but was only buried once. That she ascended into Heaven, and sometime during the start of the fall season rose again from the dead with the help of a plucky redheaded witch and her friends. We believe in Willow, the Goddess, a really hot lesbian, who can fly and kill you with her brain if she so deems. And we deny the teachings of the one with hair that sticks straight up and is lame, and believe he is bloody stupid.

Um...the problem is that Joss created the "other vampire" as well and planned and plotted many story points around him. To shun that which the Creator has also created is to shun the Creator himself. (Ahem...I also go with with the theory that both vampires were created for the good of Buffy!!)

Oh I don't mind the other vampire, personally. To be honest I think he needs to be part of Spike and Buffy's future. But I've been informed that this means I'm doing fandom 'wrong'. ;)
