I need a holiday.
Just feeling lethargic and fed up at the moment. *sigh* So I decided that a change was needed - initially I wanted to make my layout Christmassy, but obviously the Who-fandom hides all their seasonal banners somewhere secret that I can't discover. Does anyone know of a good place? (NOT Ten/Rose. I think they're lovely, but...) Oh, and something TW would be very welcome too - I just want to make everything all red and green and rich and festive.
Actually I already have the perfect picture/banner, except it's a rather spoilery promo picture for the Christmas episodes. Well, it's only *that* casting spoiler.

What do you think? Will angry spoiler-phobes be asking for my head on a platter if I put it up? It is very, very lovely.
So to satisfy my need for change I changed my mood theme (something I've been meaning to do for ages). Not that I didn't love my late-season BtVS one, but I'd had it for *years*. And I needed some more Ianto in my life. (I might write about my feelings on knowing that there'll be a S4 of TW once I've worked out what they are...)
Anyway, in positive news, the BBC have put up an old interview (Feb. 2008), where Catherine Tate talks to David Tennant, so I shall put that on to cheer me as I sort out all the washing (deep sigh). And then it's back to the Christmas cards. Meh. As I said, I need a holiday...
ETA: Omg, that interview is one of the most fabulous things *ever*! ZERO spoilers for DW, and lots and lots of chat about anything and everything that DT has done! *is smiling now*

Stupid people over spoilers. I don't think it's a spoiler when it's in the BBC preview.

I tend to avoid previews like the plague... except this year we've been so STARVED for anything Doctor-y that I too was glued to the screen. Repeatedly. Christmas NAO indeed! (Donna! DonnaDonnaDonna! And Lucy! And... everything! *is impatient*)

Heh. I think I like how your brain works, and will probably follow your advice! :) Also - hello! I'm not sure we've actually 'spoken' before? (I am *useless* at keeping up with people who friend me. I can't even keep up with my flist...)

Glad you like my random thought processes. I figure if the BBC gives it away.. they want people to know. I didn't really think about the fact that there are fans not like me who'd avoid previews..

And now I'm all tongue-tied and flattered. :) Terribly happy that you like my fic (esp since it's been eating my head for the past... forever!), and hope you'll like the sequel (once I get round to writing it). If only there wasn't this thing called RL that kept getting in the way.
I friended you umm, last week I think. (totally not a big deal you didn't see. I'm used to just following authors like they're communities hehe.)
Oh, I think a lot of people do that! And you're welcome to lurk as much as you like. :)
Glad you like my random thought processes.
Oh I'm a great fan of randomosity! (The spell checker says that's not a word. I disagree.) Thank you lots for weighing in!

I may lurk, I may not lurk. To be honest... it depends on what rl throws at me :) I'll probably pop up here and there to give my two cents. I like making new friends too.
You are a very good writer. It's made me jealous. Yay sequel. Get to it nao nao nao. J/k. I know they just don't get written overnight. If overnight stories were true, my fanfics would be done.. instead of languishing in an almost abandoned state. Hell, I'd have more work done for my rl creative writing class if that were true...
Randomness is wonderful. I find life is boring if it's all normal and predictable. I like that word too. It's up there with confuzzle for me now. Randomosity!

Sad, isn't it? (My RL impediments are three [adorable] little girls. Love 'em to bits, but...)

Sounds perfectly sensible. Presuming I ever say anything interesting. *g*

::meeps:: Also, thank you! I'm usually in the being-jealous-of-other-writers myself, so this is a strange (but nice!) feeling.
Yay sequel. Get to it nao nao nao.
Heee! I've got whole scenes playing out in my head, repeatedly. I'm looking forward to getting rid of them!

I really ought to do something like that. Maybe next year...

Fun words are always of the good. I'll add discombobulated, just because I love saying it! :)
