RIP Andy Hallet.

And only 33. I had no idea he was ill, although apparently it was not a secret. From what people are saying it sounds like he was just as friendly in RL as on screen, where he brought colour and life and music into the dark world of Angel. *is sad*

The other news item that I saw was that Alyson Hannigan gave birth to a daughter last week.

Agreed on both counts. Andy was so much fun, and apparently an incredibly nice guy ... and seriously, heart disease at 33? Wow.

I doubt it. :-) My first thought was that they were going for something close to Satyagraha, the "love force" or "soul force" Gandhi taught as his philosophy.

There's also a website called http://www.satyana.org/ which says satyana is Sanskrit for "vehicle for action infused with the grace of spirit" and that its aims are to promote "Power of Reconciliation, Leading with Spirit, Women’s Spiritual Mastery".

So in other words, Alyson and Alexis have just revealed thmselves as New Age hippies. :-)

The Satyana Institute is the first hit on Google when you search for 'satyana'. Celebrity Baby Blog is the second hit. And that's after less than 24 hours... wonder how long before the order is reversed? :-)
