But Obama and Rahm got it. :)
I think it's a classic case of Odd Couple - or Good Cop/Bad Cop - or something. And they're such interesting & opposite personalities - the No Drama Ultra Cool One and the Ranty Exploding Balls of Steel One... Not to mention that they're both driven by a will to get stuff done. I think the thing that really made me warm to Rahm was a story about when he worked for Clinton and did something-or-other that got him demoted quite severely. But instead of complaining or indulging in a pity-party, he quite simply got on with his job from his new *tiny* little office (and in time got promoted again). It's just so... mature.

Oh, And forgot to add - Rahm as Dr.Horrible gave me an ultimate multi-fandom squee. And I don't know why, but I liked Rahm almost immediatedly, despite his checkered past. I just got a feeling he's a right man for this job, that he's perfect for this and he'll do great. And chemistry with Obama is undeniable.
And I never watched West Wing. I should try it.

I only ever saw the first two seasons, since then they started showing it too late, but it is excellent, clever and superbly written drama, and gives you a fascinating glimpse into how government works.
