Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude!

There is not enough squee in the world to express my joy over 'Shadow Puppets 3'. A total delight from first to last page. There will be fawning as soon as I have some time...

(Perfect timing! Perfect! *hugs to [livejournal.com profile] shapinglight*)

ETA: Also I *need* an icon of this!

title or description

But with all the background stuff removed, so it's only Spike and the dead monkey. Anyone? Pretty please?

Yes I am crushing on a puppet. Shut up. He's hot - end of story.

I'm glad the squee brightened your day.

Let me join here - squuuueeee! And darn - I am crushing on that puppet too! And I don't understand how can anyone NOT crush on that puppet! :)
Brilliant, delightful, and the artwork was just over the roof gorgeous. Looks like Urru has a special knack for drawing puppets. They all were squeeable, every one of them, especially Lorne, Fauna and that guy in the end.;)

Yeah, I wanted to icon a lot of things in this issue. How 'bout angry, bristling, but still adorable shirtless!puppet!Spike? But I agree - the moment whe he's dispatching the monkey is sooo kickass, it's classic! Just VOW!
And for the record - I loved Tok in this issue (unlike in the first one), and I loved their dynamic with Spike. :) And I loved watching her fight. She's amazing, eh?

And lots of stuff in there to analyze, it's very clever in how it sets up themes and mirrors diff. situations (like Lorne becoming more like Spike - exitability, and Spike like Lorne - sensitivity. Which is just something they both were suppressing. :)). I'll be waiting for your detailed review, and try to write something myself in IDW.
