Firstly for those of you in the UK. Please go and Sign Jamie Oliver's petition for better school dinners. I'm sure you know why!

Secondly, I've been looking around for this crossover fic that I read ages ago, and remembered as being very good, and finally I found it. It's BtVS/Firefly, with Spike and River. A wonderful little gem of a fic: Given Name. Please go read! :)

And lastly, because this post is turning out decidedly random, I thought I'd post this meme I gacked from avrelia a good few weeks ago.

I know you've been very busy (and I really like the new site - I've been meaning to tell you!), so I felt v. bad asking... I guess I just value your opinion?

I think you handled Buffy and Spike's conversation wonderfully
*Thank you* - maybe if enough people say it, I'll finally start believing it - I just try to put across how I see them and then hope and pray that it meshes with how other people view them too.

And I think that the longer the show went on, the more parallels there were between the two of them and I just love that!

Oh no, don't feel bad for asking! I'm the one who feels guilty for being forgetful, especially since i know how good it does feel to get feedback from people you respect. :)

Although..ummm.. it still feels weird to me to think that there would be people out there I've never actually met who would value my opinion. I'm still not used to the the whole having friends thing. *blushes*

I tried to remember how I first came across you, and after thinking very hard, I recalled that the first post of your that I ever read was the one where you first talked about doing a long 'defense' of S7 - so I most definitely value your opinion! :)
