'Dead Things' love.

I think if I had to choose a favourite episode from S6 it'd be 'Dead Things'. Thankfully I don't have to, so I can happily indulge in loving all of S6, but DT really is special. I was reminded of this the other day when crackers4jenn posted a Dead Things picspam. God - it's just so beautiful and sexy and dark and messed up and just seems to showcase *everything* extraordinary about S6. Go enjoy the pretty pictures and laugh at the funny text. c4j is superb at bringing the funny! :)

And what with all this DT nostalgia I uploaded the Under The Rug Scene. Y'all know what I mean! The one that they shot but didn't use. If you've never seen it, go on and download (wmv format). I've no idea where I got it from, or who made it, but it's apparently from Buffy.nu. Love the music also, makes it seem like more than 'just a daily'. And it's hot - did I mention that?


(In other news... Had a wonderful day yesterday - we went up to Haworth and walked around on cobbled streets, saw the Bronte museum, ate icecream and enjoyed the lovely sunshine. And now housework beckons once more...)

Seconding (fourthing?) the DT love. It's definitely one of my favourite episodes in S6, though I can't watch Spike's Prince of Darkness act in the balcony scene with a straight face :)

And now that I read the picspam post, I remember that the Spike/Crypt Door scene was in this episode too. Good times :) I love how the fact that Buffy is nowhere to be seen when Spike finally opens the door seems to suggest that he'd been humping the wall long after she'd already left :)
