Blankety blank.

My life? Is pretty dull right now. I've tidied *lots* and the house looks rather uncluttered (most of it anyway...) - sadly this only highlights how much cleaning I need to do. And how I need to go through all those bag/boxes/drawers/cupboards etc where I have been hoarding stuff. Woe.

Also I've been looking after the children of course. Impish Girl is better, if not quite well yet, and I'm trying to teach Little Miss M how to research (she has a project due after the holidays). The Cherub is just cute and adorable, learning new words every day and getting into *everything*! (Ahhhh! And you do not want to know how quickly she can get up the stairs...)

I've worked a little on my BtVS/Doctor Who crossover ficlet (quite possibly worst plotbunny ever), but not even that I've had time to finish. The only thing I've managed to do is begin (re-)posting one of my earliest fics The Summer After on [livejournal.com profile] gen_storyteller (Summary: A few weeks post-NFA Giles meets some old acquaintances. But where do their loyalties lie these days? And what exactly do they want with Giles?).

Oh - and Arbitrar of Quality has started posting Firefly reviews. Knowing the FF verse very well, his reviews are very indepth and interesting, if anyone wants to check them out. I'll probably link to them all, what with there being a sadly limited amount...

Serenity (the pilot).
The Train Job.

Well done for managing to tidy with the children at home. I'm going through boxes of fanfic at the moment in an attempt to throw most of it away (cos I can read in bed on the laptop now and don't need printouts) and tidy our bedroom somewhat. But I get distracted by actually reading the stories again.

I don't often hear Numberjacks - Bethan is in charge of the TV and so they watch the Disney Channel (which I didn't even realise we got!).

I'm presuming that you're keeping copies on your harddrive though?

Oh yes, very few fics will be thrown away without being saved on the HD, and I'm keeping some in printed form (the ones that are my very favourites).

Although the upside to Cbeebies is no adverts!

And no American accents/Americanisms all the time.
