I am trying my best to leave Twitter behind, but it's late, I am tired, and others have said what I wanted to say.
Firstly, we can presume that Rose is Donna and Shaun's daughter y/y? (Just look at this cap from the trailer: x. And the tweet itself is ♥)
Secondly, then this thread it great and lays out why Ten'n'Donna returning are a good thing (with props to Clara!):
Thirdly then 'I don't know who I am anymore' pings... something. Can't place it, so if anyone knows what it might be, please say. :)

ETA2: And - somewhat randomly and not connected to this post except it's Doctor Who, I uploaded this vid by arefadedaway, which was first posted in 2007 and now long since gone from the internet.
