I am trying my best to leave Twitter behind, but it's late, I am tired, and others have said what I wanted to say.
Firstly, we can presume that Rose is Donna and Shaun's daughter y/y? (Just look at this cap from the trailer: x. And the tweet itself is ♥)
Secondly, then this thread it great and lays out why Ten'n'Donna returning are a good thing (with props to Clara!):
Thirdly then 'I don't know who I am anymore' pings... something. Can't place it, so if anyone knows what it might be, please say. :)

Yeah, it's... like it's snagging at something? Something Clara or Twelve, but... *hands* Something out of the corner of my eye. It feels significant in ways I can't articulate. (OMG, the Doctor will have an interior life again! I could cry with happiness. 😭 Wait wait, could this be trying to do something with the Timeless Child??? I don't really dare hope, but 🙏)
Also, like the twitter thread says, Ten was the only one who didn't bow out gracefully, so he might need closure. Which would be nice, I'd like 'I'm ready to go'.

Ten was a ball of man!pain. Eleven/Twelve fixed that more or less, leaving Thirteen with a blank slate that... I was going to say she didn't do anything with it, but the Master of course blew Gallifrey up again, so I don't even know where that leaves Fourteen (FourTen? TenFour? TenAgain?) wrt Gallifrey.

It'd be a lot to stuff into three episodes that are already full of Donna, Rose and Beep the Meep. But it'd be nice if he could somehow tie it up so Ncuti can have a nice new beginning.

Anyway, there is a lot of chewy stuff to deal with... Last time (I mean, back in 2005 when he first brought the show back) he invented the Time War to create good drama and tension etc etc. Now there is SO MUCH TO WORK WITH OMG.
If he works through it well, Chibnall's legacy could turn out quite good. ;)

Haven't watched the trailer yet (because I am still so MEHHHHH about 10.3) but it makes me think of this exchange between Eleven and Clara from The Day of the Doctor:
