2 fannish things
We got a trailer and a date for Jodie's last episode:
I am excited for Dhawan. I think he single-handedly has saved the era for me, just through being so amazing. I am hoping that Ace & Tegan will be well-served, but mostly I'm just praying that Chibnall doesn't break anything else before he leaves.
If anyone happens to love Thirteen and Chibnall - I'm happy, they need some love. They just singularly failed to grab me. (I loved writing Thirteen, but that's different.)
But, in more exciting news!!!

It feels like a million years since Good Omens aired... as with most things pre-covid. But goodness, a single poster is poking at emotions that have merely laid dormant, waiting for their moment. Their wings form a heart! The background is nicely grey. The number 2 has both a halo AND a tail. *flail*
I also look forward to spending 9 months speculating on what the blue feather means.

Yeah, I figured that was probably what you were getting at, but my mind just spun out along a different axis... Because I have watched Six and can easily see all the flaws, and yet I love him. Whereas I might enjoy Thirteen whilst watching it, and then it just vanishes again leaving no trace. They're similar, but opposites.
God, I would love to see someone rewrite that episode with Six... or Nine... or even Twelve. One of the Doctors who'd really rip it apart, anyway.
I've sketched out a few above. :)

I laughed out loud in real life. What a delicious image.
Seven would cause a galaxy-wide revolution of course.
Of course and Ace would have ended up blowing up the central computer and saving Keira (in my optimistic re-write).
Ten would have flirted with the sad girl who ended up dying (Kiera?) and be FURIOUS and rant at everyone the same way he did when Jenny died.
Yep. I also think he would have talked Charlie down and ended up preventing him from dying after a desperate rewiring of the AI.
Twelve would shout at the bomber-guy that he had fundamentally misunderstood how workers protest and ask Clara to explain about the history of workers revolt.
Love it. Also, imagine how different things would have been if Twelve and Bill had turned up, with Bill infiltrating the cleaning crew.

You're welcome. :D (IloveSix)

I like it. She shall live!

Oh yes. (Although didn't Charlie die because he was in the middle of all the robots and Thirteen told them to pop the explosive bubblewrap? I have done my best to delete the episode from my brain, but I have a feeling that happened, and that it was STUPID.)

BILL! ♥ ♥ ♥ And Nardole could have come along as well and said how he once dated a robot or something like.

*lol* You're asking me? I've only watched it once and my abiding memory is hearing the Doctor say "The system isn't the problem" and feeling a surge of incandescent outrage so I can't help you. XD Anyway, Ten would be doing his infuriated dramatic best to prevent the robots from popping the bubblewrap.
And Nardole could have come along as well and said how he once dated a robot or something like.
Nardole trying to interface with the central AI and going "'ere, there's some very weird protocols programmed in here... oh no... oh NO, that's not right..." :')

Same here, I wrote my angriest rant ever about that line. *shakes fist*
Anyway, Ten would be doing his infuriated dramatic best to prevent the robots from popping the bubblewrap.
I'm sure the bubblewrap was supposed to kill the customers? I can't remember how that was supposed to create more jobs - again, stupid episode was stupid.

Oh yes, perfect. *pets Nardole"

I looked up the episode synopsis (because I refuse to put myself through watching the episode again): Charlie perfected the explosive bubble wrap in order to frame the AI for mass murder so people would rebel against humans only getting 10% of jobs. He's supposed to be a genius but honestly? What an idiot. And then he refuses to join the Doctor when she offers him a second chance before they explode the delivery robots.
