Ensure Trans people are fully protected under any conversion therapy ban

ETA: Forgot to say - British citizens/UK residents only!

In a nutshell, the story is that the government were going to ban conversion therapy. Then they did a last minute u-turn and decided not to. Following the (predictable) outcry, they then did a u-turn on the u-turn and decided to ban conversion therapy after all - except for trans people.
