S8 of Buffy? Still not too excited - but Angel? I wants it! So, so badly! (Yes 'Not Fade Away' is the perfect ending to the show, but...)

Guess it just goes to show that I'm an Angel girl at heart. And of course Angel has Spike!

I doubt that. They might make him a vampire, but...

Hmmm. It'd have fitted better when Gunn had the whole "I don't like vampires" attitude back in S1, S2 and S3 as it would be ironic for him to experience the life of vampires as one, of course he needs his soul as well for him to develop. Right now, Gunn has matured a lot and accepted Angel for who he is. I guess the only way to keep Gunn's body alive is to sire him, but then Gunn would disappear.

I do wish Gunn sticks around. Most of the original AtS cast had passed away. It's sad to have the last member in the Fang Gang (other than Angel) die as well.

Ah, but I remember J.A.R talking about how he always thought that the perfect end to Gunn's character would be to become a vampire, and then stake himself...

Ah, but that's Angel's curse, isn't it? He will always lose everyone (except Spike!).
